		<description>Thanks for the review of our podcast. The teachers in that monthly workshop series received a very brief overview of items they had chosen to study for the school year. I wanted them to get a taste of what was out there in a non-threatening manner, and then, this school year, offer more pedagogically-based workshops on how to use the items in the classroom. Until they understand &quot;how things work&quot; their creative ideas of &quot;how to make it work to support teaching and learning&quot; could not occur.  

(The particular podcast you heard was one in which they talked about technology and then had to edit their own audio file in Audacity. They learned how easy it was to do that, and this year many of them will be using podcasts in the classroom.)</description>
